Punta Pitt

Punta Pitt is a geological wonderland, featuring some interesting volcanic tuff formations. The tour starts with a wet landing on one of the world’s very few green beaches where sunlight sparkles off the olivine crystals scattered through the sand. As on many of San Cristóbal’s beaches, you will be sharing the stretch of sand with a sizeable sea lion population. Red-footed, blue-footed and nazca boobies all frequent this beach.
