Day 1
Journey through the Andean Highlands from Cusco to Puno at Lake Titicaca
Transfer to the train station in Cusco. At 11 am the journey to Puno begins. Experience the luxurious trainride with an amazing view on the peruvian andeans. Your first stop will lead you to the ruins of Raqchi. The journey continues to la Raya, the highest point of the train ride. You will arrive at la Raya in 4.335 Meter hight at dusk. Tonight you will then arrive in Puno at Lake Titicaca. Along the journey the Belmond Explorer will serve you lunch and dinner.
Day 2
Visit of Lake Titicaca
Enjoy the sunset at Lake Titicaca and a good nights sleep. In the morning breakfast will be ready for you and the journey comes to an end.
