A trip to Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park: volcanoes and waterfalls.
The exclusive route to Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park runs directly alongside the picturesque Lake Llanquihue and offers spectacular views of the two majestic volcanoes, Osorno and Calbuco. After a comfortable journey of less than an hour, you’ll reach this protected natural paradise. Once there, idyllic paths wind through the dense, evergreen forest, harmoniously accompanied by the soothing murmur of the river. A central highlight of the visit is the famous Petrohué Waterfalls, where the crystal-clear water plunges impressively over huge masses of solidified lava. The route then continues along the Petrohué River towards the slopes of the mighty Osorno volcano, until a charming harbour on the riverbank is reached. This picturesque spot offers an excellent backdrop for photography, as well as the opportunity for an optional forty-minute boat trip on the emerald-green Lake Allerheiligen. Surrounded by an unspoilt landscape of dense forests, mountains and majestic volcanoes, this is where the natural wonders of southern Chile are revealed in a safe and deeply impressive way.
