Excursion to Quilotoa Lagoon
Today you will drive to the turquoise blue Quilotoa Lagoon. From the viewpoint you will have a spectacular view of the lagoon, which shines in different shades of blue and turquoise depending on the sunlight. A narrow path leads down to the shore of the crater lake. The way back can be done either on foot or by one of the mules. The visit to Quilotoa Lagoon is combined with a visit to a local and authentic market in Latacunga, Pujili, Zumbahua or Sasquili. The markets take place on different days of the week and your program will be planned accordingly. You will visit the market either before or after the visit to Quilotoa Lagoon.
