Floreana highlands & local farm visit

In the highlands of Floreana Island you visit a local farm and gain insight into the simple lifestyle of the island’s inhabitants. The island’s history is shaped by early settlers and mysterious events: in the 18th century Floreana served as a refuge for pirates, before the first European settlers – including German pioneers – arrived in the 20th century. Their stories and unresolved events brought the island international attention. To this day, descendants of these early settlers still live on Floreana, contributing to its unique and remote character.

Day 3 - 5

Overnight in Floreana

Overnight stay in a selected hotel on Floreana Island.

Day 4

La Lobería wildlife & snorkelling excursion

A visit to La Loberia takes you to a picturesque beach known for its large colonies of sea lions and marine iguanas. Snorkelling allows you to explore a rich underwater world with sea turtles and colourful reef fish.

Visit Post Office Bay

At historic Post Office Bay you experience a unique maritime tradition dating back to early sailors. Visitors can leave postcards in a wooden barrel or take letters along to deliver them, becoming part of this special custom.

Leisure time Floreana

The remainder of the day is at leisure to explore Floreana independently or relax at the beach.
