Pick up and flight over the mysterious Nazca Lines
The Nasca lines are an enormous network of animal and plant drawings attributed to the Nasca culture. They are spread out over an area of approximately 350 km². Among the animals, you will see the hummingbird, the dog, the monkey, the Whale, and the Spider. German archaeologist Maria Reiche dedicated 50 years of her life studying and conducting her research in this area. She came to the conclusion that it was a kind of astronomical calendar. The Nasca Lines were declared World Heritage of Humanity in 1994.
In the morning your guide will pick you up at the hotel in Paracas and you will be driven to Pisco´s aerodrome. There, the pilot who will give you some instructions before boarding. When you are ready, you will hop on a small plane which provides every passenger with a window seat for a great view of the Nazca Lines.
