Today you will head to the dock in Puerto Natales to begin a scenic navigation through Patagonia’s spectacular fjord landscapes. During the journey, you will experience untouched nature with waterfalls, steep mountains, and breathtaking views of southern Patagonia’s remote wilderness.
Highlights of the excursion are the impressive Balmaceda and Serrano Glaciers, whose towering ice formations create a dramatic setting within the fjords. Along the way, there are several opportunities to observe Patagonian wildlife, including bird species and, with some luck, Magellanic penguins or even whales.
During the day, you will also visit a traditional Patagonian estancia, where a classic Patagonian barbecue is served. A short walk through native forest offers another opportunity to experience the region’s flora and birdlife.
